Exciting news! I'm really excited to have my workshop, Writing Historical Fiction, now up and available online with Kill Your Darlings!
I developed this course as a response to the questions I've been asked by those who want to write and research a work of creative fiction set in the past. While I loved teaching it in person, it meant that the course was limited to those based in Adelaide and Melbourne. Developing the workshop for an online platform means that people can now access it all over the world.
Rebecca Starford and I have also collaborated on a workshop, Getting Published, for those who want some inside information on how to prepare and submit your writing to agents and/or publishers. Rebecca (whose wonderful book, Bad Behaviour, was published in 2015) has also made her excellent workshop on writing memoir available.
